Processing times
- Custom illustrations: Usually 1–3 weeks to create your unique piece before shipping.
- Made-to-order prints: Usually 5–7 business days before shipping.
- Ready-made merchandise: Ships within 3–5 business days.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons, as each order is prepared with care. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll let you know right away.
Shipping methods & delivery times
We ship worldwide from Poland via trusted carriers (e.g., Poczta Polska, InPost, DHL, FedEx).
Standard estimated delivery times:
- Poland: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays may occur.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders.
If you prefer express delivery via FedEx or DHL — additional charges will apply depending on your location.
Customs & import taxes
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order tracking
All orders include tracking. We’ll send you your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Lost or delayed packages
While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we’re happy to assist you in contacting them and will do our best to help resolve the issue.
