Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom illustrations and made-to-order prints

We gladly accept returns for custom and personalized products, including made-to-order prints, provided that:


  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hi@anelliquestudio.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.


Ready-made items (e.g., tote bags, t-shirts, calendars)

If you purchased a ready-made item, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


How to start a return

To request a return, email us at hi@anelliquestudio.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
