    We create and sell custom illustrations, made-to-order prints, and ready-made merchandise. Product descriptions and prices may change without prior notice, but we always aim to keep our listings accurate and up to date.
  3. Custom Orders
    For all custom illustrations, please provide clear, high-quality reference photos and any specific instructions when placing your order. Once we begin work, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, as each piece is made especially for you.
  4. Payments
    We accept payments through the secure methods shown at checkout. Prices are listed in [currency] and include VAT where applicable.

  • Custom illustrations and made-to-order prints

    We gladly accept returns for custom and personalized products, including made-to-order prints, provided that:

    • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hi@anelliquestudio.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    All artworks, images, and designs remain the creative property of ANELLIQUE.COM. They may not be reproduced, resold, or used without our written permission.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    We do our best to ensure everything arrives to you in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

    These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
